Different vendors have different discounts and costs. Here is what we have set up at the Training Center.
ShopCPR is where we are purchasing our eCards and the bulk of our AHA materials. They sell some other training materials, but only AHA branded supplies. So you cannot buy manikin lungs and whatnot from them. We have an organizational account that you can be linked to to receive our discount which is 5% off all AHA branded materials except for Heartcode (books, eBooks, etc.) and 20% off Heartcode BLS keycodes. We currently do not receive any discounts for Heartcode ACLS and Heartcode PALS, which may change next year when they re-evaluate our purchase history. They do not offer any discounted shipping. https://shopcpr.heart.org/

WorldPoint is still selling training supplies, just not AHA materials or Prestan products. They are re-organizing, lowering prices, and are offering us up to 12% off our purchases. There is free shipping for orders over $100. Our account rep suggested we call them for quotes if we don’t see the discount on their website and they’ll see what they can do for us. https://www.worldpoint.com/
AED Superstore has AHA materials. I’ve had 2 conversations with our account rep and since we don’t historically buy a lot from them our discount is probably less than 10%. They do not have free shipping. You can call them (or ask me to set up an intro) to find out who your regional account rep is to set up an account with them. https://www.aedsuperstore.com/
MCR Medical is the Authorized Prestan distributor and they have rather good prices. They also have free shipping. They often have specials on face shields and training valves. They also occasionally post their demo equipment list – this list has all the equipment they have used at tables and booths and then they sell the equipment at a discounted price. https://www.mcrmedical.com/
WNL Products is where all the Practi products originate, like the Practi-AED Trainer. They sell their own line of supplies and also First Aid training supplies. Their prices are pretty reasonable and they have free shipping for orders over $50. https://www.wnlproducts.com/
There may also be other vendors that carry the supplies that we all need to purchase. Please feel free to let us know of any other vendors we can purchase from and share with our instructors. |
